RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS

GIVACHIO creates limited-edition black T-shirts.

New designs are released every two weeks.

Once a design sells out, it may never return.

All products are produced using a Print-On-Demand (POD) manufacturing process and are created specifically for each customer order.

RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Sale items
  • Limited-edition products

If a return is accepted outside a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund if an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required.

REPLACEMENTS

Approved claims may receive:

  • A replacement product

or

  • A refund

at GIVACHIO’s discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing times vary depending on the payment provider.

At GIVACHIO, we don’t mass produce fashion.

Every collection is released in limited quantities and refreshed every two weeks.

When a design disappears, it becomes part of GIVACHIO history.
