What is ART?
Givachio ART stands for digital art, photography and Mixed Media. My deep understanding of colours has helped me understand the relationship between shapes and perspectives and showcase them through my art. Each piece that I create is expressed in a unique way letting you create your very own stories. I have been producing artworks since 1998, and I have had the opportunity to present my work in different Modern Art Galleries.
How can I place an order?
Placing an order here is pretty straightforward. Right on top of the website, you will see a “SHOP” tab. Click on that once, and you will come across multiple artworks that you may find interesting. On the left, you will find the collections of different artworks with the name of the collection. To make your buying process easy, select the right art collection. After that, choose the artwork that you like the most, add it to your shopping cart, pay, and Givachio ART will make sure to send it within the promised time.
What are the payment options available?
Givachio ART accepts online payment. You can use your debit and credit card to pay online; else, you can pay through PayPal as well.
Has Givachio ART showcased their arts in events?
Oh yes, Givachio ART has showcased many artworks in multiple events. Being the sole artist of Givachio ART, I have had my work exhibited in Tokyo and Hong Kong for the Coca Cola Festival. I have exhibited my work for sale at the Arts and Crafts Fair in Edinburgh, and I travel throughout the UK showcasing my work in Art Fairs.
The ArtWork
The artwork you see here is owned by Givachio ART, and the quotes offered by Givachio ART are subjected to change anytime. Once you buy an artwork, you will receive a confirmation mail containing details of the artwork, shipping address, and price (including the shipping price).
If Givachio ART fails to deliver the artwork to any of the customers because of whatever reasons, we will communicate it to you, and give you an option to cancel the order, else, opt for another art.
Delivery
After quality evaluation, your order will be shipped to you, and we will send an email mentioning the tentative date of arrival. Please note that you will be responsible for all costs, including the shipping charges. In case you don’t receive the order, or something happens in between, we will suggest getting in touch with the courier service and us. Once you receive the order, Givachio ART will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the work.
Once I buy the artwork, will I own full ownership?
Yes, the art pieces that you will buy after making the full payment will become yours permanently.If I don’t like the art that I receive, will you offer a refund?
The art pieces that you will see here is my hard work. Thank you for taking the time to look at what I have to offer, but once the art piece is sold, it can’t be refunded. Once I buy the artwork, will I own full ownership? Yes, the art pieces that you will buy after making the full payment will become yours permanently.
Will I have to pay shipping charges?
The price mentioned in each art pieces will be the price of the artwork only. Customers will have to pay an additional fee for shipping. £15.00in UK or EU 35 is the flat shipping rate.Do you sell your artwork outside the UK?
Givachio ART does sell its artwork outside the UK, but customers will have to bear shipping charges and VAT. Get in touch with us on our chat feature or contact form.

Why do we take your phone number?
Courier needs it to check if you will be present on time of delivery of our Givachio Art.

The terms and conditions written here may change with time without giving any prior notice, and this may apply as at the time of your order. Any queries, doubts, or concerns must be addressed before a customer makes a purchase.
Price and Payment
Please note that all the artwork prices shown on the website are the price for the artwork only. Depending on your location, you will have to pay for the shipping charges additionally. £15.00 or EU 35 is the flat shipping rate. The price that you pay for the payment will not be changed, in case, Givachio ART decides to higher or lower the price, you will still be asked to pay the same amount.
Payments can be made online. You may pay via credit, debit, net banking, and PayPal. These are the payment options that Givachio ART currently accepts. The order will be shipped after quality evaluation, and Givachio ART tries its best to deliver the art piece as soon as possible. We don’t take responsibility in case of payment failure; you will have to contact your bank for the same.
Refund
Givachio ART does hard work in preparing these artworks and prints them in-house, and we believe that the reason why customers buy from Givachio ART is that they appreciate it. If you receive a wrong artwork, Inkly ART takes responsibility for that, and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement, but the customer will have to schedule for a return on their own. However, in case, you no longer want to keep the artwork with you, it won’t be refunded or replaced as this is print on demand bespoke service.
